At UC Riverside, the Rho Upsilon chapter was founded by five men on March 21, 1977. We were one of the first fraternities at UCR and have solidified ourselves as a prominent figure on campus. Our graduates have excelled in all areas of the workforce: doctors, lawyers, high level corporate managers, authors, successful business owners, artists, advertising executives, talent agents, and many more. This wide graduate network that our chapter fosters is a tremendous tool to use when looking for an internship or for your first job after graduation.
FIJI's stand out as gentlemen on campus. We are known as athletes, scholars and socialites on campus by the faculty and student body. In Phi Gamma Delta we pride ourselves on our brotherhood. We select quality men who share ideals, goals and the beliefs of our chapter ad our brothers. One word has been used to describe our brotherhood over the past years, "ELITE". Phi Gamma Delta seeks to build lasting friendships that will exist among the brothers far beyond their college experience. From this stems one of our revered slogans, "Fiji-Not For College Days Alone". Because of this, we accomplish much more than we would as individuals.
